What we collect

When the form opens an email draft, it shares the details you enter with your email app. We receive the inquiry after you send that email and it is delivered. If online submission is enabled, the form sends your name, email, country, product of interest, quantity and message to the configured submission service.

How it is used

Inquiry data is used for exactly one purpose: replying to your request and, if we enter correspondence, preparing quotations and order documents. We keep inquiry records for as long as the business conversation is plausibly active, after which they can be deleted on request.

Analytics

If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, it records anonymized page views and button clicks (for example which product pages lead to quote requests). No analytics data is combined with your form submission to profile you personally.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details. We do not add you to marketing lists without an existing business conversation. We do not use your inquiry content as public testimonials without written permission.

Your controls

Write to the contact email on this site at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer data requests within one business week.
