The HS 10/100M media converter establishes a cost-effective fiber to Ethernet network link. There are both single-mode and multimode versions. Over a fiber backbone, it can significantly extend an Ethernet network with long-distance by converting to/from 10Base-T or 100Base-Tx Ethernet signals and 100Base-Fx optical signals.
The HS 10/100M Media Converter supports can support a maximum single-mode fiber optic cable of 120KM, and it supports up to 2KM with multi-mode fiber cables. The default version is 20KM, which is most needed and used in the market. By converting 10Base-T/100Base-Tx Ethernet signals into optical fiber signals and deliver to some remote locations, it can still maintain stable network performance. The HS fast Ethernet media converter is designed with auto-switching MDI and MDI-X on all the Ethernet RJ45 ports. The 100m media converter also supports both Full and Half Duplex mode. We also offer LFP version for different needs. With a plug-and-play design, it's super easy for end-users to install and maintain. Our HS 10/100M media converter can be used as Ethernet over fiber converter to help to convert and extend the 10/100Mbps Ethernet network connection up to 120KM over single-mode fiber cables and 2KM over multimode fiber cables.
100M Media Converter can auto switches MDI and MDI-X on all the Ethernet RJ45 ports.
100M Media Converter supports both half and full Duplex working mode.
If required we also have an LFP DIP version for you to identify the faulty location easily.
