We would be pleased to offer samples for you to test if you are also sincerely looking forward to cooperating. New clients are expected to pay for the shipping cost, and the sample fee will be deducted from the initial order.

Sample order will take 2-3 working days.

Based on the quantity and detailed requirements, bulk order will take 7-45 days after deposit received.

Yes, we mainly provide OEM/ODM manufacturing. 

T/T, L/C at sight, western union (30% deposit and 70% T/T or L/C at sight before shipment), Paypal (Sample only). 

Warranty period of media converter, fiber optic switch, POE switch, SFP modules is 1-3 years. 

Warranty period of industrial switch is 5 years. 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by man-made damage, improper care, improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear, and force majeure such as natural disasters, earthquakes, fires, etc.
